Yummm.....chocolate elephant
Dear RNC,Lulu and I are writing to you with the hope that you still have some chocolate elephants available. We heard that they were selling for next to nothing. We understand that you have dark, milk and light chocolate elephants. Please keep the light chocolate. We think light chocolate is just way too musketeer-maverick for our tastes.
By the way, what is light chocolate?
And yes, we know dogs cannot really eat chocolate, but since the holidays are coming up we thought you might want to get those off your hands since you won't have any use for them after November 4.
We read about the availability of these little elephant delights from the reports of the RNC's expenditures. Chocolate gifts to supporters were supposed to help
We know that this is probably the nickel and dime portion of your spending, but heck it just was so swell to know that you spent Grandma Essie's and her mahjong buddies' $25 donations to have these delicious little elephant chocolates made by a candy maker in Texas.
That's politics! Even candy-makers can be
Please ship them Federal Express as soon as possible so the chocolate won't melt after November 4th's upcoming stunning defeat. You'll still have an account with them, right?
But remember, don't send those light ones. And rest assured! We will be giving them out for the holidays, all wrapped up with bows, to Grandma Essie and her brethren.
And although it won't come close to the $25 each of them donated, at least they will get a small bite of the elephant in the room, even the chocolate one.
Grandpa Izzie says he doesn't mind if you use his donation to pay for the shipping. He thinks giving the chocolate elephants to the mahjong group is a wonderful idea.
Thanks in advance. And so sorry in advance about the losing the election (our typist made us say that).
Lulu and Phoebe
